OUR CSR COMMITMENTS
For responsible and sustainable watchmaking.

Blackout Concept is committed to optimize its eco-responsibility.
Although our business model and workflow require us to import some products from Asia, we are implementing various measures to be as eco-responsible as possible. This includes :

  • All our incoming goods are grouped together to limit the number of air shipments from our suppliers. We’re still waiting for a sufficiently large order to limit ourselves to 2 or fewer shipments per month. 
  • The vast majority of our teams travel to our premises/boutiques/workshops by public transport. 
  • All shipments to our customers are optimized, using recyclable cardboard and as little plastic as possible. 
  • We have equipped our stores so that our employees don’t have to order their food, and can bring their own tupperware. 
  • We recently renovated our Geneva boutique for numerous reasons, including ecological ones. Our Paris boutique is recent, and optimized regarding ecologic requirements. 
  • All our EDM (accounting, invoices, etc.) is done online, to avoid wasting paper (unless specifically requested by the customer). 
  • And many other measures will follow over time.
